		<description><![CDATA[This is so great. I don&#039;t know if you&#039;ve seen the famous one-page outline JKR used for one of the harry potter books. It&#039;s a jpg of a single piece of paper with a few notes. It&#039;s really interesting to look at closely, for one to see the kind of shorthand she uses and two to recognize that she sees the progression of the story as existing within each character&#039;s timeline. Each character has a column and the rows indicate days. She&#039;s basically mapped out each character&#039;s story, and the combination becomes one very rich story.

I won&#039;t post a link here to avoid looking spammy, but you can google JK Rowling one-page outline and probably find it right away.
