Well, there’s more than just me out there going to Canada. Looks like, according to ABC news there are 10,942 Americans all gone to Canada.

I mentioned your story to a guy I met this weekend at Context in Columbus. He said that his daughter emigrated to Vancouver B.C, and had the usual troubles with trying to get a residency permit. Then she mentioned she was a ceramicist, and alas, the way cleared.
Hmmm…I’m a ceramic artist too, and I speak French…
