It has editors associated with a certain geographical place and all the stories come from writers associated with that place. Bear Witness 
It is a beautiful poem, so brave, so filled with desire, and with hope.
I loved the narrative, the allusions, the emotional depth. It also had overtones of “The Hound of Heaven” for me.
